Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Accounting

Accounting

Admission requirements:

To be admitted into the Ph.D. programme the candidate must have obtained a MASTER OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING with a minimum average score of 60% from Wellspring University or any other recognized university or a cumulative grade point average (CGP) of 3.50 on a 5- point scale, provided that the candidates must have earlier fulfilled the basic matriculation requirement acceptable to the senate of Wellspring University.

Candidates whose average score in their M.Sc is between 55 and 60% will be required to enrol in the first instance for the M.Phil. Degree. In order to migrate from the M.Phil. Programme to the Ph.D. Programme, the candidate must score a minimum of 60% in the prescribed course work.

Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)

Admission requirements:

To be admitted into the DBA programme the candidate must have obtained a MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION with a minimum average score of 60% from Wellspring University or any other recognized university or a cumulative grade point average (CGP) of 3.50 on a 5- point scale, provided that the candidates must have earlier fulfilled the basic matriculation requirement acceptable to the senate of Wellspring University.

Candidates whose average score in their MBA degree is between 55 and 60% will be required to enrol in the first instance for an M.Phil. Degree. In order to migrate from the M.Phil. Programme to the Ph.D. Programme, the candidate must score a minimum of 60% in the prescribed course work.
