Submission Protocol
- All manuscripts must be written in English.
- Papers must be submitted electronically by one of the authors via email to:
submit-wujsc@wellspringuniversity.edu.ng - The Corresponding Author assumes full responsibility for the manuscript during the submission and peer-review process. It is their responsibility to ensure all co-authors have consented to the publication.
- Manuscripts must be original and sent with the strict understanding that they have not been published elsewhere and are solely being reviewed by WUJSC.
- To guarantee absolute technical accuracy and editorial relevance, all submitted articles are subject to rigorous evaluation and double-blind peer review.
- The formal date of receipt is verified only upon issuance of an official acknowledgment from the editorial secretariat. Unless specified otherwise, further correspondence and proofs will be sent directly to the corresponding author prior to publication.
Journal Fees & Open-Access Funding
As an open-access journal, publication fees allow us to make final articles instantly and permanently available online for anyone around the world to read, download, and reuse without restriction or paywalls.

Prior to publication in the Wellspring University Journal of Science and Computing (WUJSC), every author must declare, accept, and agree with the following standard academic copyright provisions:
Author Obligations & Transfer terms
- The article submitted is an original work and has neither been published in any other journal nor is currently under consideration for publication in any other form.
- This formal transfer of copyright ownership grants the Publisher the full right to print, publish, promote, distribute, and archive the work globally in any media layout or form.
- The article contains no unlawful material, nor does it infringe upon any proprietary, contractual, or personal rights of others.
- All listed authors have substantially and directly participated in crafting the manuscript. Every individual has made distinct contributions to the intellectual content, design, or empirical data analysis/interpretation, and stands ready to take public authorship responsibility.
Retained Rights of Authors
Despite transferring copyright ownership to the Publisher, author(s) explicitly reserve the following legal entitlements:
- All proprietary rights other than copyrights, including but not limited to patent rights.
- The right to integrate all or part of this article—including figures and data tables—in future works of their own, provided proper citation and formal acknowledgment are made to the Publisher as the original copyright holder. (Note: republication in other independent journals requires prior written permission).
