Meet The Chancellor
Pastor Ituah Ighodalo is a Pastor, an Accountant, a Thinker, a Social Reformer, and a Writer. He obtained a B.Sc combined honors degree in Economics and Accounting in 1982 from the University of Hull, England, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in July 1986, and attended a Business Management Course at the Harvard Business School, Boston in 2011.

Daniel Chiegile Isimoya, B.Sc. (Economics), M.Sc. (Finance), is the Pro-Chancellor of Wellspring University. A teacher, who has been in the education sector all his life, had taught at Edo College, Benin City and at Lagos Polytechnic, Lagos, where he left to join the academic staff of the University of Lagos, Lagos
Meet The Vice Chancellor
Professor Ajayi has won many research grants and successfully coordinated several research projects including the National Space Research and Development Agency in Abuja (NARSDA) research projects in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State.
Meet The Deputy Vice Chancellor
Prof. Patrick S. Ohikhena is a Professor of Business Administration, at the Department of Business Administration, College of Social and Management Sciences, Wellspring University, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. He holds a BSc (Upper Division) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; an MBA from the University of Benin, Benin City (and winner of Akinmokun’s Prize for Business Policy, 1991); and PhD Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Dr. Helen Uzezi Wara
Dr. Helen Uzezi Wara is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in university administration. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management from Covenant University, Masters in Business administration from Lagos State University & Crawford University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University.
Dr. Wara has held various administrative positions in prestigious institutions such as Covenant University, Afe Babalola University and Havilla University. Her roles have included Acting Registrar, Director of Admissions, Student Affairs and Establishment, Head of Academic Affairs, Hospital Administrator, among others.
In addition to her administrative roles, Dr. Wara has also been involved in teaching as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration. Her research interests include internal branding, competitive advantage in private universities, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and productivity in service quality, among others. She has published several research papers in reputable journals and has actively participated in various university committees and special assignments.
Dr. Wara is a member of professional bodies such as the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMAN) and the Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators. She is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in university administration, teaching, and research, making her a valuable asset to Wellspring University.
She is happily married with children.
Mr. Parardise Iwoh FCA
Mr. Paradise Iwoh FCA, an Accounting graduate, who also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Benin, Benin City and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
He is a consummate professional, whose experience cuts across various sectors of the Nigerian economy. He began his professional career briefly with the firm of Okoro Wilson & Co. in 2003, from where he moved to Envoy Oil Industry in 2005 as Manager Audit. He joined the Secretariat of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) in September 2008 and worked at various times in the Finance and Faculties departments as a Senior Manager.
In March 2021, he left the services of ICAN to head the Bursary department of Wellspring University.
Iwoh is a Deacon in the Redeemed Christian Church of God and a member of the Publication and Image Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) in the 2022/2023 Presidential year.
He is married and blessed with children.
Mr. Adedoyin Oluwatosin ESAN
Mr. Adedoyin Esan is the current head of the University Library. He is an experienced librarian with work experiences in Corona School (Lagos), New Hall International School (Lagos), British International School (Lagos) and Legacy University, The Gambia. He has gained knowledge of library management through his involvement in the coordination of library operations and the adoption of ICT to deliver modern library services.
Adedoyin bagged a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Ilorin and a Master degree in the same field from the prestigious University of Ibadan. He is currently running a doctorate degree in Library and Information Science at Delta State University while enjoying a two year scholarship from the Federal Scholarship Board.
His research interest includes library service marketing, reading habits, information literacy, library advocacy, gamification and adoption of ICT to service rendering.
