The university has 454 hectares of land for its permanent site, more than the requirements stipulated in the National Universities Commission guideline. The permanent site is located at Evbuobanosa in Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria.

Lagos, the commercial nerve centre of Nigeria is about 45 minutes away by air and three hours by road. The Benin Airport, located about two kilometers away from the campus of Wellspring University, has daily scheduled flights to Lagos and Abuja, where connections can be made to the outside world.


WU has standard facilities which make learning a great pleasure. They include various buildings for library, academic offices, class and lecture rooms, administrative offices, laboratories, hostels and ICT centre.
